Biography: George began his career in the health and fitness industry as a group exercise instructor in 1983. He’s been teaching for over 25 years in the greater Boston area at over 20 different clubs. His passion for the industry and natural leadership capabilities led him to pursue several management roles including: Regional Group Exercise/Sports Club for Kids manager for Town Sports International, General Manager positions at 4 different clubs, and most recently he was appointed to the Board of Directors for NEHRSA (New England Health & Racquet Sports Association).

Biography: Laura began personal training and teaching group exercise classes at Stonehill College, which provided the foundation for her pursuit of a career in the fitness industry. As a fitness professional, she has worked as an exercise physiologist and has successfully directed group exercise and personal training programs at the corporate and collegiate levels.

While owning her own personal training business in San Diego, she trained high school and collegiate athletes, as well as special populations with back, knee and shoulder injuries and has also trained pre- and post-natal females.

Maria is the group exercise manager at the Commonwealth Sports Club. She takes a lot of pride in and believes strongly in the benefits of Pilates. Pilates Reformer training provides a sturdy foundation for one to build the core strength that is necessary for his or hers personal health. Aside from Pilates, Maria teaches all forms of group exercise classes including: Aerobics, Boxing, and Yoga. Maria brings enthusiasm, passion, and energy to her client's workouts. She educates her clients so they get optimal benefits from exercise. Her mind and body approach conditions the body and helps one develop their inner self. Pure Pilates' Pilates Reformer programs are created to assist each individual in reaching his or her goals.
