All of our Commonwealth Sports Club Personal Trainers have many years of experience and are nationally certified and/or hold a degree in an exercise/health-related field. We share a common passion for physical fitness, athletics and good health. We are chosen because of our knowledge, creativity, personality, record of success and sense of humor. As a new member you receive two sessions to get you started! These sessions are educational & motivational.
Your trainer will answer all of your fitness questions & get you started on the fitness plan that is best for you!

Commonwealth Sports Club offers its members a variety of personal training packages. Purchase single sessions or larger packages at discounted rates or receive the benefits of personal training at a lower cost by pairing up with a friend or family member who has similar fitness goals.
