Indoor Salt-Filtration Lap Pool

We offer a year-round, 60 foot indoor salt water lap pool with 5 lap lanes available for your workouts. Water workouts protect your weight-bearing joints and internal organs from impact. People with arthritis or back, knee and other joint problems can increase their muscular strength and joint mobility while decreasing joint pain. Seniors will gain confidence from the improved support and balance. And those who are overweight will find they can move into this an aquatics program with a minimum amount of risk. With a regular program of water aerobics, you become more flexible and muscles will become stronger and more toned.


Seasonal Outdoor Roof-deck Pool

The only outdoor roof deck pool on this side of Boston is great during the summer months for swim lessons and other aquatics classes as well as relaxing and getting some sun.

The roof-deck pool is open from 11 am - 7 pm everyday including weekends from Memorial Day until Labor Day Weekend.

Whether swimming laps or taking an aquatics fitness class, Commonwealth Sports Club's swimming pool is the perfect place for impact free workouts.

Swimming Lessons

Hone your swimming skills with training sessions in the pool. Learn to swim with 10 half hour sessions that work through the basics of kicking, breathing, floating, and into an introduction of the basic freestyle stroke.

Stroke perfection, if you're already a swimmer but just need some personalized instruction, 5 individually tailored half hour sessions will improve speed, stroke pattern, cardiac endurance, and lung capacity. Just need a technique review? Spend one hour devoted to reviewing your current swim technique, the trainer will give you drills and tips to improve in all different strokes.
