A combination of different cardio components with intervals of weight-bearing exercises.

Aqua Aerobics (10:00am - 11:00am) - Instructor: Karin - Studio: Pool
A great cardiovascular workout! Rhythmic patterns of movement are conducted with the option of neutral and suspended positions.

Classic Pilates Mat Plus (5:30pm - 6:30pm) - Instructor: Maria - Studio: Large
A quicker more intense mat workout. Props may be used to increase body awareness, as well as build intensity. This class is advanced, prior experience is necessary.

Spinning (6:00pm - 7:00pm) - Instructor: Laura - Studio: Spinning
Indoor Stationary cycling workout designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and lower body strength.

Jab. Cross. Kick. (6:30pm - 7:30pm) - Instructor: Maria - Studio: Large
Using gloves and bags, steadily learn the fundamentals of boxing and kickboxing.

Iyengar Yoga Beginner (10:30am - 11:45am) - Instructor:Michael - Studio: Large Studio
This slower paced yoga class takes a mindful and gentle approach. Perfect for those who are interested in adding yoga to their routine.

Tai Chi/Qigong (5:00pm - 6:00pm) - Instructor: Rick - Studio: Large
Increase awareness of your body and mind. De-stress through gentle, flowing movements with corresponding breathing techniques.

Structured approach to yoga with emphasis on alignment and strength. Specific postures are performed in a challenging approach. Postures are modified for all levels.

This class is specifically designed to introduce the basic concepts and movement principles or Pilates. Learn the classical mat exercises in a small, personalized setting. **This class meets the first Wednesday of every month**

Body Sculpt (11:30am - 12:30pm) - Instructor: Patricia - Studio: Large
Strengthen and tone your muscles with free weights, body weight, and bands in this total body strength class.

Active Yoga (12:30pm - 1:15pm) - Instructor: Patricia - Studio: Large
Fitness based Hatha Yoga poses taught with the breath and body flowing together to create an active yoga workout. This class is 45 minutes.

Classic Mat Pilates (11:45am - 12:30pm) - Instructor: Amy - Studio: Large
