Biography: Faisal grew up across the river in Cambridge where his passion for health and fitness began. During high school he competed on the varsity crew team. As captain of the crew team he was able to qualify for one of the world’s most prestigious regattas, the Head of the Charles, not once but twice. Discovering his passion for training, fitness, and more importantly helping others in their pursuit of their own personal goals, Faisal pursued his Bachelors of Science in Biology.
He uses his background and knowledge to plan specific and detailed programs tailored to his clients individual needs. With a passion for the human body and education, he strives to empower his clients with knowledge. Faisal strives to educate, motivate, and build strong relationships with his clients to help them achieve their goal of living a healthier lifestyle.

Biography: Jack began his career in fitness at a health club in Pennsylvania where he learned the fundamentals of his training style. It was there he discovered his passion for the industry and helping clients attain their personal fitness goals. He finds no task too big or too small and is driven by the results his clients receive. He enjoys implementing plyometrics and agility work to keep workouts fun and enjoyable. His interests include weight training, playing basketball, and bicycling.

Biography: Ryan grew up playing sports on Martha’s Vineyard. He was captain of his high school soccer team where he won numerous awards including the unsung hero award. At the University of Massachusetts Amherst Ryan participated in many intramural leagues and one of his teams were 2004 intramural Volleyball Champions.
Ryan believes that it takes hard work in the gym and a healthy balanced diet to get the results people want. This is why Ryan looks forward to continuing his education in the future and is planning to become a Registered Dietitian to help his clients with their diets and help them achieve healthy eating habits.
Ryan enjoys working with people of all levels of fitness and is determined in helping them reach their goal. Ryan works hard to design new programs & workouts to keep the body guessing and generate exceptional results.

Biography: Krys began his personal training career in a small studio outside of Philadelphia in 2005. Since then, his passion and knowledge of the field have only grown and he strives to pass that knowledge & passion on to others. Whether it's surfing, playing rugby or hitting the gym, Krys makes fitness fun. His goal is to show clients how to make their workouts fun, regardless of age or level. From weight loss to strength training or injury rehabilitation, he has seen it all, and he is not happy until his clients are happy. And Krys is always happy!

Over his athletic career he has served as an instructor/coach for athletic camps including swimming, track, wrestling, baseball and boxing.
Tom's passion for boxing is absolutely contagious and he loves motivating clients of all abilities through fun and creative workouts improving their balance, coordination, agility, speed and athletic confidence.
